Compiled below are the most frequently asked questions (FAQs) by clients of all different industries.  The answers provided are based solely on the experiences of Accounting Resources and should be taken only as "advice."

 


 

Why should I choose Accounting Resources services instead of hiring on my own?

 
  • There are many benefits to you by choosing to use our services!  First, we have many qualified, pre-screened candidates on file that may already fit your needs.  This will eliminate the time and money you may spend in conducting your own search AND significantly decrease your frustration level of weeding through piles of resumes.
  • Secondly, we will save you the time of excessive interviewing as we present only candidates that have the skill set you require.
  • Thirdly, we handle all the scheduling.  You give us times you are available for interviewing and we take care of the rest.
  • Lastly, we offer serveral options to you in hiring, based upon your company's needs.  You have the choice to hire a temporary on a project or "as needed" basis, temp to hire, which allows you to work with the candidate before committing to permanent employment, or on a permanent.  These options allow you to determine what is best for your company, for each specific position you are hiring.
 
 

What guarantees does Accounting Resources offer on it's candidates?

 
  • We ofer a one-day Unconditional Guarantee on all temporary placements.  If, for any reason, you request our employee to be terminated by the end of the first working day, you will not be billed for services for that day and Accounting Resources will provide a replacement.
  • We offer a 90 day Unconditional Guarantee on all permanent placements.  If, for any reason, you must terminate employment withing the first ninety days, Accounting Resources will provide a replacement employee with no further fees.
 
 

What type of information do I need to give Accounting Resources?

 
  • We need as many details about the position you are trying to fill, as possible.  For example, we would like a copy of the job description; including key skills that you feel are necessary for someone to succeed in this particular position.
  • We llike to know the "history" of the position; is this a new position?  Are you replacing someone, if so, why?  How long has the position been open?
  • We would like a summary of benefits.
  • We like to get a feel of the company "culture"... are you business casual, is it a corporate type environment, etc.
  • If it's a temporary project, we'd like to know approximately how long the project will last.
  • Lastly, we need to know the basic company policies; dress code, hours, parking, etc.
  • We have yet to be told "too much" information regarding a client company!
